    Director of Strategic Initiatives, Extend

Danielle Frasier Aroeste serves as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Extend, a leading provider of modern protection plans that enable merchants to increase customer loyalty and profitability. In this role, Danielle leads company-wide initiatives to identify new market opportunities and bring innovative products to life. Her work has spanned the full go-to-market lifecycle—from vision and strategy to execution—resulting in the successful launch of multiple high-impact offerings. Prior to Extend, she helped expand access to higher education through her work at RaiseMe, later acquired by CampusLogic, where she built and managed institutional partnerships to deliver millions of dollars in performance-based scholarships to students. Prior to RaiseMe, Danielle worked at CBS Interactive, where she managed what became the largest revenue-generating account in the company’s history.

Danielle’s success in business mirrors her accomplishments on the golf course, where she was a standout performer and leader from a young age. Danielle was the top-ranked junior golf recruit in the country (class of 2010) before attending Stanford University, where she captained the Women’s Golf Team to a Pac-12 Championship her senior year and was a two-time All-Academic Honorable Mention. She was a decorated junior champion with wins at the Junior PGA Championship and Junior World Golf Championships, as well as a member of the victorious U.S. Junior Ryder Cup Team. Her competitive experience, paired with her strategic leadership in business, uniquely positions her to help shape the future of collegiate golf as board member of the CWGC Foundation.

Danielle lives in Carlsbad, California (down the street from the Omni La Costa Resort) with her husband, Alberto, their daughter Jade, and their newborn son Jordan. She is a member of El Camino Country Club in Oceanside, California, and remains closely connected to the game that shaped her life and career.
