Fallon holds a Master of International Management with Honors from the American Graduate School of International Management (1984) and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Cum Laude from Arizona State University (1981). She has served on the Women’s Athletic Council at The University of Texas at Austin from 2014 to 2019 and continues to be a valuable member of the Longhorn Foundation Advisory Council since 2008. Her dedication to The University extends to the establishment of the Robert C. and Fallon B. Vaughn Golf Academic Center and the Fallon B. Vaughn Tennis Scholarship within the Intercollegiate Women’s Athletic Program. Her civic contributions are equally notable. Fallon has played a significant role in the Tartan Golf Classic benefiting the Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas, most recently as Chairman, and is a trustee of The First Tee. She is also involved with the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, contributing to the Expanding Universe Hall, and to The University of Texas at Austin’s McDonald Observatory, to the Hobby-Eberly Telescope Dark Energy Experiment and the Giant Magellan Telescope Project. Fallon’s leadership extends to Brook Hollow Golf Club, where she has served on various committees since 2004 and the Culver Educational Foundation, where the Vaughn Equestrian Center stands as testament to her family’s continued dedication.
Athletics
An accomplished athlete, Fallon qualified for the U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship (2006) and the U.S. Senior Women’s Amateur Championship (2012). Her golfing prowess has earned her club championships at several prestigious golf clubs, including Brook Hollow Golf Club, Dallas Country Club, Dallas National Golf Club, and the Old Baldy Club. In addition to golf, Fallon is a skilled tennis player, holding singles, doubles, and mixed doubles club championships at Brook Hollow Golf Club. Her athletic achievements also extend to skiing and mountaineering, having summitted peaks such as the Grand Teton, Mount Rainier, and Mount Kilimanjaro. Fallon competed on the US National Skeleton team and was very involved in the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.
